How do I individuate? I'm interested in Jung but is there any work of his/based on his philosophy that is more about how to actually analyze your own dreams and so on?

Meditations has already helped me and I want to read Thus Spoke Zarathustra and The Ego and Its Own next. Would either of these help me individuate?

I read "The Great Mother" and the red book in that order, now I think over my own dreams and occasionally get little nuggets of wisdom. There's also the interpretation of dreams by Freud but I haven't looked at it yet

Sun and Steel. Can't individuate if you aren't a man.
