Explain how this is fallacious. Nature is how we ought to live. Modern society is unnatural, biologically, therefore, wrong.

Why does something being natural make it automatically good?

We are part of nature. Everything we do is natural.
There are plenty of natural things that animals do that we would consider wrong. For example, I don't think we would consider a chimp ripping out testicles for fun to be valid, justified, inevitable, good or ideal.

There is a fallacy here in that it’s wrong to say that because something exists in nature therefore humans should partake in it. E.G. it’s a fallacy to say that because baboons commit infanticide, we should kill babies too.

However you are right in that if something is according to human biology, it shouldn’t be discarded. E.G. humans are a sexual reproductive species with two sexes defined by genetic code, genetic code is the most basal physical definer of a human, therefore you cannot change the sex of a person, you would only be mutilating a male, not creating a female. This is not a fallacy.
