The question has been answered. Now you define "hard" I work hard, but I'm not going to get anywhere in life at this job. I just heard a story about city workers getting laid off. The right wing talking head said those jobs will go to "private" workers. So minimum wage firefighters. But just remember, if they WORK HARD they'll somehow make a decent living...
