Erm... being as my present moment is build off preceding present moments, I'd say that by having a present moment those former present moments would also be had. So all I really have is present moments and the memory of so-called "former present moments". It's simple then to realize that both of these factors imply "yet to be present moments" -- and that these can be predicted and guided towards by virtue of having present moments and "former present moments". Therefore I would say that you are correct, but that it should be noted that the scope of "present moments" actually encompasses both present moments that have already happened and those that could happen.
