I use the very simple method of the Lucidity tests. Basically, you check regularily during the day that you're not dreaming. You pick one method among the many existing ones, like blocking your nostrils and trying to breath, or press your finger against your palm. Nothing will happen since you're not dreaming.

But do this once per hour, every hour of the day. After a week or two, this will become a habit that you will make unconsciously.

And, at some point, you'll do it while you're dreaming. And when you're dreaming, you can breath even with your nostrils blocked, and when you press your finger against your palm, it goes right throught it, as if it was butter.

It's going to act like an electroshock and you'll instantly understand you're dreaming. That's it. You're now in a lucid dream. (at first, the second you'll understand you're dreaming, you'll probably wake up. It takes time to stay lucid while maintaining your dream).

Combine the method of the Lucidity Tests with the Dream Diary (that will train you to remember your dreams). Because what's the point of lucid dreaming if you forget it when you're awake, heh?
