How do I know when I should laugh during my readings? I've read literature thats supposed to be comedies but I didnt laugh because I didnt realize I was supposed to laugh at it

Literally not bait but my real life, I have aspergers (well, now its autism since they changed those two to be the same a few years back) and I really dont know when to laugh while reading stuff like Shakespeare or Aristophanes
