I have tried partial hanging myself with a door knob like 5 times already but I don't get unconscious in 5-10 seconds which is what people describe with this method. I feel like my head is going to explode, get slight convulsions and that's it. No blackout, no blissful peace, still fucking alive.

Only you can change this.
Start by doing something out of your usual routine. Just one tiny little thing to give you something else. Go for a little walk, go pet a cat, go to church, hang out in a library. Just a simple change of atmosphere and scenery can be the small start of healing.
It's your life and you are in charge of it. That's scary but it also gives you the power to control what it is and becomes.
