What is the best translation of Mein Kampf?

I haven't read every version. I've heard there's intentional mistranslation of some passages in Manheim's, but I haven't followed up on that.

Again, I recall problems with that one, but don't remember what they were. It may be that it's literally accurate, but contains poor prose, which can make a translation unreadable. Not sure what the issue is, though.

Reynal, as others have noted, then Manheim probably. You can also buy a Stackpole, if you find it. Content wise, it ought to be the same as the Reynal. Avoid the '38 Paternoster and similar ~280ish page versions, since they are abridged. Similar year Houghton Mifflin should be fine?
