I guess. I do often lay down randomly. I tend to fall asleep when I do. I think I'm just very easily put to sleep because I doze off or have dozed off regularly in school and church and public transport (like the subway). But I also notice everyone in school drinks copious coffee and tea so maybe I need to do that.
