Marx's entire system falls apart once you take in IQ into consideration. IQ shows that Capitalism is our nature. IQ is the most important thing so of course the people with low IQs won't be as successful as those with the higher ones. To compare IQ you need to need a common "substance" of intelligence. Because for things to be comparable they must be commensurate. To compare complexity of labour, likewise, you need a common "substance" of labouring generally in its most simple form. So complex labour must be a compound of an indeterminate quantity of simple labour for comparisons of labour compexity to have any objective meaning at all. Likewise, for intelligence to mean anything more than cultural/intellectual "price signals", say "I have hiphop intelligence", you need to admit intelligence as an indeterminate compound of simple intelligence.

In a practical sense, intelligence is indexed to socially average intelligence. Labour also is indexed to socially necessary labour time. Complex labourers are paid more per hour because their complex work embodies many multiples of simple labour. Similarly, intelligent people are such because they can process information in a time period that contains many multiples of simple intelligence.

SO your basic argument does not contradict marx's theory at all.

It does account for what you're describing to the degree that's relevant, you're pointing at different prices for different types of labor to try and say Marx is wrong but he's not describing how economies function he's making a point that capitalism is ultimately parasitic, that laborers are always paid less than what they contribute. Absurd, even Marx has limited his theory of exploitation (with LTV) to a very specific set of conditions with no competition whatsoever between either employers or employees (basically feudal markets). It just doesn't apply at all to competitive market capitalism in general.
