I figure they would be trying to mask their world-wide revolution as a "grass-roots" type of movement, seems to be the gold standard with all these "color revolutions". There's even a word for it, "Astroturf", funny term because Astroturf was a brand of fake grass that was so noticably bad that it became notorious for not actually looking or feeling like grass at all, hence the term "astroturf" to denote something that very poorly masquerades as "organic" and naturally sprung.
