well for this particular section i'm saying that there should be legislative reforms in order to hold companies accountable and force substantial change within their corporate structure.

I absolutely agree. You should really check out the massive series of articles that Matt Taibbi wrote for Rolling Stone if you can get a hold of them. Comprehensive, well-researched, very well-written.
