I'd be more interested in a 'debate' that used text. Like a live stream of a 4chan thread with only 2 posters. So people could copy paste the relevant studies and stuff.

I guess it would make not that much sense for it to be a livestream actually. Basically just some format where you could see the whole back and forth, like a 4chan thread, but just between the two people. It could go on for weeks, so that people would really have to argue their case well against all possible objections.

The only version of this we really have now are people writing articles and blog posts back and forth at each other, which doesn't let you see everything together and make a decision about who is really addressing the central points.
