The Kindly Ones by Jonathan Littel is pretty twisted. The holocaust stuff you pretty much know you’re in for because it’s about a Nazi war criminal. The eroticism is gross though. Not too gross, but i bring it up because it bombed in the US after it was already a sensation in France. Some US (((critics))) tore it apart.

It's sad that you've already read Guyotat and Lautreamont since those are my personal favourites and I think very few things can compare.
You should read Eden, Eden, Eden if you haven't, almost as good as Tomb for me. Coma is also really good.
Blood Meridian is kind of a meme, but it's good and scratches the same itch.
Read Bataille also, don't skimp on his philosophical works either since that should be right up your alley.
Read Irene's Cunt by Louis Aragon.
Torture Garden by Mirbeau.
The Maimed by Ungar
Anything by Ryu Murakami.
A Tomb for Boris Davidovich and The Encyclopedia of the Dead by Kiš
Most anything by Artaud, Heliogabalus is my favourite tho.
