His problem isn't his looks or weight it's his personality. Like yeah he'd stand to gain from taking care of his body but with the right attitude he could definitely pull off the jolly fat guy schtick. He might seem kind of cool on his podcast but his Twitter is pure caustic sewage taking potshots at everyone, which should key you into what kind of person he'd be like if you had to personally work closely with him over a long period of time.
