Just started reading the bible and so far it's some of the goofiest shit. People live to be around 800 years old and Noah's son Ham walks in on his dad having passed out naked from drinking too much and somehow that causes Noah to curse Ham's son.

People life more then 800 years, because they are confusing dynasties with individuals, in old cults the rulers would inherit the name of the previous ruler and there would be several of these long dynasties in every urban center of the middle east.
