I can't easily read sitting down, I usually go for long walks during the day to get reading done. If the weather is nice I'll do 6+ hours. I alternate between areas with nice animals and insects to look at so I can stop and check on them as I go. This summer I got to watch two families of ducks grow up from ducklings, from the very first day they hatched, to adults who just left their home pond a few days ago. Actually I even got to see the parent ducks mating in the first place.

I've also been checking on some beautiful juvenile cooper's hawks, a family of three with the mother occasionally around, which is apparently very rare since they'll often kill one of their siblings to limit competition for food.

Last year I found two baby squirrels whose mother had left them long enough that they were dangerously interacting with humans. I told the idiots who were posing for selfies with them and otherwise letting them wander into traffic to fuck off, and brought them to a rescue shelter. Unfortunately I have no way of knowing whether they eventually made it but I hope so. The afternoon I got to spend with two baby squirrels crawling all over me was the best of my life although I'm lucky I didn't catch fleas.

I have a bit of a process when I read. First, I make sure I am fully prepared to stay up and read for 12-14 hours (I normally do this 2-3x a week). I shower, shave, slip into some PJs and get to work. I have designed my study around comfiness (lots of fluffy pillows, reading lamps and warm light), yaknow, gay shit. I keep a second bed in there and it is very plush, also I normally have a heating pad, cloth diaper and weighted blanket for maximum comfy. Normally I make some coffee and play jazz in background. Second, I pop a 30mg adderall and in the delay period go through any uni reading. After the adderall activates I can roughly read anywhere from 900-1150 wpm but it also makes me entirely insufferable as a person. I was a bit of a sperg growing up but eventually grew out of it. The adderall allows me to relax and concentrate that inner-sperg into reading, it quite literally changes my mental state (probably the reason I enjoy diapers, weighted blankets and reading when I take it). After the adderall wears off (about 12-14hrs later) I am able to function as a normal adult and go LIFT like a FUCKING MAN to rid myself of any of that pussy shit I take part in. I popped one of them about an hour ago and can already feel it.
See you fags in 14 hours.

Not that anon but me and my father have only shared emotional contact 2x. Once on the day of my birth and once on my 18th birthday. I'm 25 and a better person because my father didn't teach me faggy shit and instead gave me the skills to be a man. I intend to teach my son not to drink shit for fags but instead make his own white lightning like my father taught me.

During these time, I tend to read in my living room in front if the computer (All of the books I read are digitized). Although I want to read outside my house one day since I just started reading as my hobby this may.

>Do you take days to read or just read whatever?
I read everyday and whatever to be honest, since I got nothing to do at my home beside procastinating. I force myself to read at least 20 pages per day or a chapter per day.

>Snacks or drinks to accompany your reading?
Honestly, just water, since I don't want to get distracted by eatinh tasty food.
