This Arabian Nights pinball machine is definitely the best of the literature adaptations. It's from the 90s, so it's leaps and bounds more advanced than the others. Sound effects, toys, ramps, all great.

Shin Megami Tensei series is not based on a particular book, but it's based on mythologies, creatures and philosophy from all over the world.

Not a particularly great game, but it was groundbreaking at the time in the way that NPCs would act independently without the player's input

The 2003 game is a decent action-adventure
