The United Kingdom, France, Italy and Spain were as well. Starting with the enlightenment, these men manufactured a fucking global hegemony of enslavement, conquer, colonizing, finance, industry, trade relations, and military power with a mere brief hiccup towards world domination when some leftist revolutions happened in Asia.

Part of this hegemony led to the rejection of family, community and fraternity via the own rules, laws, and philosophies established by them. White people do this kind of thing to each other.
