Hey you. Yes, you.
What's the point of all these reading if you still aren't smart enough to figure out how to get a gf?

I don’t care that much about getting a gf because I have some female fuckbuddies, I’d never date them because their personalities suck or too much older than me to date. I don’t meet many girls id want to date, any at all really.

Since this thread is dumb, I'm gonna steal it for my question: I'm a student studying all day long and at the end of it I'm just tired. I do go to the gym regularly in order to not only use my brain all the time but also keep my body active. But in the end of the day, I don't really feel like reading a book, even if I would like to. I then stick to watching some TV series or film, but nothing motivates me to "work" by reading a book again.

How to change that?

Be somewhat attractive. Doesn't necessarily have to be physical attractiveness if you have a fun personality.
Don't be unattractive. Especially socially.
Go out drinking, to parties preferably. Get invited to predrinks before going to clubs.
Go looking to have fun first, have sex second.
Go on Tinder, make your intentions somewhat clear, but also be open to just hanging out, having fun, and other activities other than sex.

I had a gf. I'm not cut out for having one. I like solitude and calmness, spontaneously deciding when to engage with people on my own terms. A gf needs your attention, and the more you fail to provide her, the more she will need, until she suddenly won't. Now a fuckbuddy I could go for.

By reading essays.
I reccomend William Gass, Borges, Hume and Montaigne. Think about what they have to say and then you can finally start with the Greeks.

A guy I used to work with was a fat boomer who married a Filipina girl who like a third of his age. It seemed like it worked out, they stayed together and they moved onto a homestead once he had enough saved to retire.

I'm not looking for a girlfriend. Reading books is a terrible way to look for one, anyway.
