Ayn Rand's The Fountainhead and Atlas Shrugged.

I should qualify that I don't buy into Libertarianism or Objectivism, though. I think that there are some great lessons to be had in those books, though. They're good for personal growth, not so much for building a society.

Also, Stranger in a Strange Land, by Robert Heinlein. Made me reevaluate EVERYTHING. Love, sex, religion, material wealth...
