Yup, in a weird way I feel like the snobbery and gate keeping just serves to make me want to read more so I can feel like part of the in-group. Of course, intellectually we all know that 90% of the posters here barely read and are just here wasting time, but I want to be part of the 10% that actually knows a thing or two. Plus, if I hadn’t come back to the board, I would never have gotten 10,000 new book suggestions.
