The best English language book about that is Tenzin Wangyal's Tibetan Yogas of Dream and Sleep, and if you are getting more into it see Daniel Brown's recent translation of the 19th century text Tenzin is drawing from, the Self-Arising Three-fold Embodiment of Enlightenment
