is the destruction of the garden at CHAZ the first step in rejecting technological slavery? How do we convince more people to give up on agriculture and return to hunter gatherer societies?

We still have a couple millenniums before resources start to really get scarce (ignoring the food needs of a population with geometric growth). And space mining plus several other resource gathering and saving technologies have been developing at a increasingly fast pace.
Unless we royally fuck it up(like trowing everything into anarchy in order to return to a non agrarian world, which is not ready to support the current population of humans) I would give it a couple hundred years at worse so that we start to have viable colonies on several other planets.

Mate for fucks sake there another expedition to mars scheduled by 2024. We "just" had the rover land, there are also already plans currently on development for a base on the moon.
Asteroid mining is already being extrapolated into law and how it might affect the already exiting UN space edict.
I gave a couple hundred of year because I was trying to be as pessimistic as possible but for fucks sake just look at this launch schedule.
https://spaceflightnow.com/launch-schedule/
And compere even to the previous year. compare the launch costs of the new falcon that has already been launched with the previous space mission.
Development is happening and happening fast. As I said nobody can predict anything, but as long as we don't fuck it up what is already scheduled by government agencies to happen will put us on the moon and eventually on mars. Never mind the much easier meteorite mining opportunities.

Also give me a break, the fact you can use cellular phone communication and gps location trough the use of satellites proves WE CAN SEND THINGS OUTSIDE OF EARTH YOU MORON!

You claim of it's all fake is as believable and as pertinent as claiming we are in a simulation, it bear no difference and your opinion is therefore meaningless.

The Unabomber is far less dumb than you. You should at least be willing to see that your "need" for a computer you can transport around your home, your "need" for a phone and internet device you can look at 80 times a day, your "need" for probably at least two of these devices but more likely ten of them in the past 20 years, your "need" for broadband of ever increasing speeds, and your "need" to be in this thread on a book forum, are entirely the product of your own excuses.

>>15601197
I'm just astounded at your stupidity, you might was well claim the earth is a disc and the real way to cure ailments is observing the humors of the body and keeping then in balance.
You can claim everything is fake and a over up and that videos pictures testimonies and people involved with it are all faking it was well. As I said it matter little then what you think about the sate of the world, as the same applies to if we were in a simulation.

How does space travel solve any of our problems? Are we going to hyperjump to another earth-like planet or live in space pods? The latter sounds worse than death and the former is probably impossible. Certain death of our species is an optimistic way forwad.

It always suicide with you guys isn't it? If you are going to die might as well try not to for fucks sake. Because in the end the earth will be a barren ball of wasteland until even that is consumed by the sun.
AS of how it helps it's simple. Resources, the universe has literally infinite resources to be gathered and extracted. As well as infinite space for people.
And of course the first people will live in pods, probably for hundreds of year and tens of generation until technology allow then not to. that however does not mean they will b be uncomfortable. Especially if you compare it to how the less fortunate live right now on this earth.

As I said if that is the case then who is to say the sky is actually real? who is to say history is as we claim to be? for all you know this is just a scientific experiment of sort? and we never even had a pre-agrarian past to return to, that is what the wish for you to belie, while they continue with their probing of the individual and society?
So in the end whatever opinion and individual who holds such believe has is irrelevant. Just as is the opinion of someone who is in a simulation and know it so.
I'm not saying you are wrong but if you are right. What difference does it make?if they are that powerful you will not be allowed to do as you please regardless and you do not know what is true and what is fiction since even science and most of human knowledge is controlled by them.

>How do we convince more people to give up on agriculture and return to hunter gatherer societies?

The Protocols specify that conflicts should not result in an exchange of territory. After the Protocols' inevitable collapse, people will be free to hunt and gather as much lebensraum as they want.

CHAZ is already seeing a glimpse of that world, but are unable to take advantage of it, because they were chosen for their ability to play dress-up, not accomplish goals.

I think it was more that those people had no idea what the fuck they were doing and wanted to play pretend revolution without any consequences thereof. Plus they're LARPers. Nothing prevented them in the past from organizing someplace in the countryside, for example, where they would have had a far higher chance of success at agriculture than the middle of a decaying metropolis.
