I'm looking for recommendations of some contemporary works of magic realism/dystopia/utopia.
The reason I wrote the three words in slash is, I'm looking for books with supernatural elements in general, whatever subcategory they may fall in, that are fairly recently written.
Do you have anything in mind?

100 years of solitude is pretty recent and pretty good.

Also Latin America has a lot of literature that falls into magical realism. That may be a good place to search

Magic realism as a genre is basically endemic to the global south (inb4. Gunter Grass who only pseuds would call a magic realist) because the magic elements serve as a connection to a precolonial way of life and the capacity for imaging life without colonialism. This is why Latin Americans are so good at magic realism. India has good magic realism too.
