I enjoy his podcasts a lot more than his book. He drops tons of esoteric knowledge and interesting historical truths on them. He also shares his thoughts on current day events. He is generally quite entertaining and redpilled, I just wouldn't take him too seriously of course.
If you are /fit/ or interested in getting fit and conquering the world through sheer willpower, friendship, physique, beauty and strength, then you will probably like his book.
