Sounds like you just need to read more. Try and understand the historical associations about Jews, understand the concept of modernity.

Read Children of the Kibbutz. Its about an autonomous collective in Israel. It explains at one point that the founders held the same anti-semitic believes that anti-semites do, and desired to reconnect with the land in a pastoral sense.

If you're into philosophy at all you should check out Rene Girard who has some good takes on scapegoating, as well as understanding culture as processes of ritual, evolution and random acts.

Sure there must be a lot of that. That type of thinking happens now and then and it may have some degree of connection with reality (or it may not) but it does happen that the existence and action of a certain group is used as a monocausal, simplistic and mythological way of explaining things, often leading to genocide. It happened with jews, blacks; it is now happening with white people where slavery and racism are seen as original sins. Etc.
But leaving aside every monocausal explanation that sees the jews as the root of all evil (which we can always disregard if not for schizophrenic, at least for being silly and not being able to account for the reality of the world); leaving aside that, it is the case that jews have been a very distinguishable group in western societies with an abnormal degree of tribalism and influence. We have to acknowledge they have a certain view of the world and a lot of influence to impose that view. So, with all of that said, I would also recommend you "The jews and modern capitalism" by Sombart and, when you're done with your prejudices, give Culture of Critique a try. Read and see the things for yourself.

It's not unbiased necessarily but maybe Judaism by Isidore Epstein (who is a Rabbi) might help you? I picked it up today and so far I'm just left wondering what the actual fuck is wrong with the Israelites and Judeans, they're all so short-sighted and self-centered. Might just be my own biases or whatever but that was the impression I was left with for the proto-Jews of the Bronze Age.

Hannah Arendt's origins of totalitarianism provides a lengthy chapter, 1/4 of the book, on antisemitism.
It shines some much needed light on the roles Jews played in 19th century Europe.
Whilst it does not complete the entire picture around modern day Jewry, it's a great insight into much of the conspiracy thinking about Judaism.
