i'd be curious to know if any of them imagine the reality of multiple cultures trying to co-exist or if they think life will become a utopia when the white man has disappeared. but not curious enough to read it.

yeah no shit. And it was the Boy Scout's intent to create a club for boys, but they had to abandon that idea because it was sexist. If your intention is to exclude, you're a bigot. It doesn't matter who you're excluding or for what reason.

Fire fighters hire women who can't carry people. Hospitals hire Muslims women who refuse to properly sterilize before surgery. Ivy League schools lower standards to admit more black students. Can't exclude people based on upper body strength, religion, or incompetence, even if they fail at the very basics of the job description. Yet it's okay to exclude white people because "that's the intent."
