It could be interesting in former British colonies like Singapore, India, South Africa... and others, where there is a legitimate, now-independent tradition of English usage.

Why would you want to do it though?

The only reason I would consider this would be to find a place obscure enough that it is not following fashionable trends of English departments in major english speaking countries.

I'd do it purely out of interest, save for classics there's no other subject I'm particularly interested in.
