Has anyone else read Barney's Version by Mordecai Richler? On another note, I haven't been able to find a local theater playing the movie, any thoughts?

I love this book. I made me want to go to school in Montreal and live there for years and years and years. My favorite of his, and that's saying something. I haven't gotten out to see the movie yet, but a good friend of mine who's also a huge fan saw it and said it was worthy. Brilliant book.
