sounds like you wasted your time with most of them.

Heidegger is best existientialist and plato was enough knowledge of the ancient greeks. also im not sure but i think wittgenstein covers bertrand russels contributions. you should have asked d&e first before wasting your time idiot.

This list is bullshit for the following reason:

No Metaphysics from Aristotle. Its the fundamental work in Analytical Philosophy.

Enough of green texts.

No. NO. NOOO.

Forms can be simply interpreted as intangible instead of immaterial to accommodate the Aristotle's entire philosophy. Stop pretending that they are somehow falsifying everything else.

Aristotle was the earliest western thinker to incorporate Logic and formalism in philosophy. His rigorous contributions to the field are extremely relevant even today. He practically defined the idea of rigour. His works are a MUST read for the Philosophy student who want to understand the nature of reality and then ponder on its consequences in a fruitful manner.

I simply pointed out that the system we use today is originating out of his work.

Fine tybrax/tybax (whatever). What do you suggest should one read to learn more about logic and formalism in contemporary world.

That's actually civil/structural engineering. And not necessarily. Redundancy is important where there are concerns of safety and longevity. Though most columns are not load bearing.

I like the poetics and rhetorics, but that doesn't mean they're not insanely biased and in need of other sources to back any conclusions drawn.
