Honestly tried to give this a go a few years ago and it was just cringe.

Can anybody explain why this book was actually something that people took seriously? For that matter, this author, too? This is the gayest piece of LARP fiction I've ever fucking seen. And Tim McVeigh and anyone else who used it as inspo are fucking fags.

depends on what you mean by racist. if you mean someone who is able to process at a basic level the most current and complete research on IQ and racial differences and then apply that in a limited way to certain decisions in life to maximize one's own quality of life (who to live next to, who to send your kids to school with), i'm not sure i'd agree with you.

No such study exists. But congrats on proving you can read a Vox article. What those studies demonstrate is that more educated people are more prone/prepped to lie about their beliefs and attitudes toward race in a way that makes them seem less racist. That's all. The most rigorous of those studies paired questionnaires with things like Implicit Bias Tests and found that there were no differences between smarter and dumber people on the tests where you couldn't lie.
