Anyone else who wants to commit suicide not out of sadness but just because he sees it as the rational thing to do?

I've been thinking about it philosophically.

kys faggot

You only get one life. Unless you’re a pedophile who has molested kids, suicide is not rational.
Stay here with us anon. Once it’s over it’s over.

Well, actually I am a pedophile, but I like adult women too and Im quite sophisticated. Wont ever gonna get caught and Im into literature, philosophy, sophisticated music, film and other art form.

Everyone can be a pedo. Pedos represent approx. 1% of society

Your biggest mistake is thinking that you can die. You attained consciousness and now you're fucking locked in, buddy. The ride does not and can not end, welcome to hell.

>You attained consciousness and now you're fucking locked in, buddy.
Proofs?

But why?
Think about it philosophically - whats wrong with pedophilia?
Its a sexual preference. Like any other. People are born with it.

I don't want to tell you to kill yourself but I'm not sure if there is a better option for a pedo

I’ve thought this way as well, because of two possibilities. The first is that if our experience isn’t as special as we think, and that our drive to live is the same as a rat’s, then suicide would be the ultimate expression of the human spirits triumph over nature. The second, is that if their is an afterlife, and not the one proposed in Abrahamic religions (which if that is believed, obviously don’t kill yourself), then why not move past this one (out of the cave) and into the next?

>Proofs?
Your brain is a static 4D object, like the rest of the universe. "Death" is just a convenient marker-point in the causal web for a higher-dimension actor to come along and redirect your conscious experience into another medium.

In a more freudian sense isn't the thought of an afterlife a denial of death?

It could be, or our sense of death is warped because we only have perceptive of half of existence. I can’t argue on that, however, because I am more for the idea that the importance we bestow on our own lives is an evolutionary trait prescribed to all sentient beings, and even though our intelligence is amazing as a species, it will never mean much of anything.
