They don't claim to be making valuable material here. It's just a service for fairly rich people who would rather pay someone to compile wikipedia articles into a book format so they don't strain their eyes. It's basically just a glorified copy shop. Nothing ethically wrong with what they are doing as far as I can see. It does however result in a whole load of book-shaped things with little to no reason to be book-shaped (as far as we associate a certain degree of privilege with such a form), and that probably winds a few people up. I don't see why anyone would bother being irritated about it though, such an irrelevant little speck on the periphery of publishing.
