What do you mean by emotions anyway? You probably don't know yourself if you think about it for a moment. It's more about interpersonal relationships.
If you want to learn about emotions, you should read a book on neurology or listen to a rap song.
Conquering emotions is nonsense, but you can decide how you react to your own emotions.
Thank me later.

Could you expand on this?

I mean Alfred Adler's individual psychology. Unlike Freud, it is an applicable psychology that does not end in determinism. Because you can decide for yourself how to deal with the circumstances and how to deal with the emotions caused by the past.

There is a very good book, which is simply presented in a two-man dialogue. It's
"The Courage to Be Disliked - Ichiro Kishimi, Fumitake Koga"

Yes, it helped me a lot and showed me new aspects. I have read a few books but this is my favorite book so far. I promise that you will have less worries and fears afterwards.

You don't need to read a lot of complicated books to live a peaceful life.

problem-solving is inherently logical
good thought about how to solve your emotional problems is logical thought
listen to your emotions, but don't let them guide you
they're idiots
if your problem is a lack of motivation, apply your logical mind to learning about what drives motivation

>apply your logical mind to learning about what drives motivation

that is what I tried to do but it reaches an impass when I am not motivated to actually be motivated, its like when I get the tought to apply logical steps to get motivated, I stop myself because Im not even motivated to do that lmao
