Just finished reading genealogy of morals and I'm legitimately mindblown that all the morality inside me is a byproduct of a war tool by the oppressors on the oppressed. How to cope with this?

morals are arbitrary and created to manipulate the masses but the golden rule of empathy still holds true on a human level

it's basically the acceptance that there is no other world besides the real world (noumena world, idee world, the world of the absolute spirit, etc)
so morality must not come from outside of us. It's like Kant but consequent.
