Pic related is an absolute classic. I used to take it out from the library at my elementary school all the time when I was in first grade, it was my favourite of favourites. Then one day, it vanished. I was pretty upset, and continued to think about it for several years afterward. When I was 16, my old elementary school was having a sale getting rid of old library books and lo and behold, there it was in one of the piles. I bought it and still have the copy 6 years later. I think they kept it hidden away in the back because a parent must have complained, there are parts in the book that are a little out of place for children's literature.

Dualism is absolute.

Spenta Mainyu has two modes of manifestation feminine and masculine. Feminine is about cherishing or nourishing the divine while masculine is forceful protection of the divine. Men are meant to be tilted more to the masculine relative to the feminine and females more to feminine.

Angra also has two modes of feminine-masculine representation. Feminine is deceitful and full of lies whereas angra masculine is malicious and outwardly destructive. Angra-feminine is best seen in politicians and Jews whereas angra masculine is seen in niggers and Muslims.

It is the goal of the white man to reconnect to Zarathustra's divine message and best embody spenta masculine without losing sight of his feminine side, though he should not tilt or overindulge in the feminine side because he'll become gay and trans, which would mark him for execution.

Ideal spenta masculine form is a paladin while ideal feminine form is caring mother. The film and book Three Lives of Thomasina best touches this dichotomy.

I'll give Fantastic Mr Fox a read one of these days. But why not watch the animated film? I've heard good things, or does it ruin the book?

>> No.15122750

>>15122409

Well, maybe there's more than one version. But the one I saw was terrible, and completely ruined the book. At the risk of sounding pompous, Dahl is almost always concerned with genuine courage and ingenuity in the face of adversity. The film was modern Hollywood at its glib, shallow, smart-mouthed worst.
