Paranoid Husband

Every night he makes a small slit in his wife's neck.

The first is barely even noticable to him, nothing really more than a scratch.

Ever night though he keeps making is infinitesimally deeper and deeper, with surgical precision and stoic patience.

First his wife notices a reck line on her neck, then a red sore. This develops until she has to see the doctor - who cannot explain why her neck is slowly peeling apart.
