We are all just traumatizing each other and suppressing trauma which is a spiraling loop.
Forever circulating in petty 3d drama&conflicts on a massive or small everyday scale due to Ego parasite individual or collective one.

Why did some higher force create us in such a retarded manner that we constantly sabotage ourselves and each other ?
Was creation of man just trolling?

I don't believe in true chaos, only order that isn't graspable by me. I don't think things are irrational simply because I'm not intelligent to understand them. I think everything is rational, but I'm an idiot.

Just like a dumb animal doesn't understand that a mirror is a reflection of itself.

The kind of mental trauma you're talking about is a fake or at least useless concept. The modern human sees that he is wicked or at least sometimes does wicked things, and assures himself that this is not the product of his real ("""authentic""") self. In previous times he would have blamed evil spirits or the Devil, but he doesn't believe in those things, so he ascribes them to being the result of experiences ("trauma") that changed him away from his true real authentic self which is good. If he's not completely narcissistic he'll realize that just as others have caused these changes in him so he must have caused such changes in others. Most people are in fact clueless and self-centered so such a realization will cause him to believe, by comparison, that he's reached some spiritual height.

The fact of that matter is that our experiences do change who we are, but ultimately we -- that is, our "authentic" selves -- are responsible for what we do. And sometimes, more or less often, more or less severely -- that real authentic true self will act wickedly. Blaming this on passive "trauma" is a copout rationalization.

Second part is very brainlet tier because you dont understand the true nature of self beyond ego identity for it does not act wickedly , it is the highest moral good. Until you to a larger degree dissolve false self and merge conscious with subconscious, you will be controlled by trauma

i somewhat agree with you in the sense that you can have some capacity to choose how you react to a specific event and just how you may turn from a good disposition to a wicked one, you can return to the good one again.
however, i would argue that there are some events so traumatic that they ultimately break your capacity to return from them.
an outsider can also choose to view this event as lesser and say that the person is overreacting to it, but they still cannot truly know the impact that event had on a person's outlook through life.
i can definitely say that something that would appear trivial to others left me emotionally turbulent for upwards of ten years after it's occurrence and i still haven't fully recovered from it.
it ain't through effort of not trying either, it's more so knowing you'll never have a answer as to why that person thought it was okay to do that to you, while also acknowledging the fact they probably forgot about something so impactful to your existence within a few days of their own life.
everyone hurts everybody in some way and they probably won't ever realise that they did it.
