look where you don't want to. look into your fear and anger and what they're trying to tell you.
Why are you angry at failing? what does it say about you if you fail? keep asking the question until you reach the truth your afraid to admit to yourself.
for example
>what does it say about me when i fail?
>it means i'm not good at this
>what does it say about me if i am not good at this
>it means i am less useful
>what does it say about me if i am less useful?
>then ...

there are several websites which talk about jungian shadow work.
the most important thing is to consider what aspects of yourself you are hiding from yourself, in your "shadow" as jung states. it is difficult to find this information however as it lies in the unconscious, the conscious mind - being conscious - is too focused on what it can rationalise and see and the shadow cannot be seen. However through for example dreams or aberrant behaviour or behaviour of others that you dislike you can recieve insight into which parts of yourself you are not accepting and suppressing into the shadow.

word of warning. doing this will bring up a lot of emotions and can be traumatic.

don't forget that you are human, and that you were given this life of no actions of your own; and it is from your voluntary action, it is from your participation in this life that you get to decide if this life will be a good one or a bad one. embrace the fear, the fear of rejection, the fear of failure, the fear of death, accept it - let death be and you will set yourself free. and yet, don't give up to meaninglessness, for the role you play is greater than the individual parts. do this and you will become a hero.

Fear and anger are only overcome with success. Continue improving, practicing, strategizing, etc. As you try more often, your fear will lessen. The more often you fail the more you come to accept it.

It's all worth it. Fail often.

Not literature, but I watch those Norm Macdonald compilations on youtube, and I realize that people love him despite the fact that he literally just fucking says whatever comes to his head. I started doing that, and immediately people started liking me.
