Thinking about picking up some Borges. Quick question; what's the difference between ficciones and labyrinths? Seems to have a lot of the same stories... Which one should I pick up?

Also, general Borges discussion.

Pic unrelated

about half of the stories in Labyrinths are from Ficciones, and the other half are from The Aleph. by reading labyrinths you are basically reading half of two collections to make a full 'mixed-collection', but they are mostly unrelated. probably best to just get ficciones and the aleph to avoid duplicates if you want to read all his stories unless you really want the essays that are in labyrinths. the essays are pretty good so i have a copy of it
