There are many ideological cancers that may infect the mind easily when the mind feels comforted by it, even thoughts of suicide are often accompanied often by delight, morbid and illogical as it is.
Defend your self from ideological attacks, because if not you then who?
You will learn what beliefs they are that define you, and in doing so you will find your purpose.
Failure to defend oneself from such cancers results in undesirable outcomes for all.
The most dangerous cancers of the mind are those that have been there the longest.
The longer you have lived to confirm your biased schemas, the more twisted your intuition becomes.
One must constantly stop and check their self for anything that is not essential, shed it completely and move on to a more focused state of awareness. With that said, do not read the Kabbalah. Every psychiatrist in the world has a patient who had their first psychotic break while reading it.
