They’re both excellent but Moby Dick is better. The depth to its meaning is greater. plus people can still read Moby dick in its original form, I’ve heard that even Spanish people struggle with Don Quixote untranslated/unmodernised, though this last part may be bullshit so correct me if I’m wrong
