eight fold path all the way. start with the Yamas and Niyamas. The are the first limbs of yoga's ethical practice. you can find this book at most libraries

It makes perfect sense. But I guess for it to you would also have to have unlocked the infinite wisdom. Don’t worry you’ll get it eventually anon, just trust what he says
>>14748158
Study down the path of Buddhism/Taoism that makes sense to you and meditate deeply on what you learn until you feel nirvana in ur body

>> No.14748383

na dog read a book. idk much but I do know that to change your perspective and align yourself with a belief you need to take in new ideas and take them to heart. OP doesn't want you to find real self change

>>14748380
oh ok I get the tao post now but I thought buddhism and taoism are separate things

>> No.14748393

you may go about life not realizing that you already know the universal truth. sometimes enlightenment is realizing you had the answer all along you just didn't appreciate it.

>> No.14748414

practice yoga, align chakras, meditate and practice using esp trainers at the same time. there's an app for that. you can awaken your dormant powers

Quite similar, zen and tao are often mixed by many, as they pair with perfection. I believe they are speaking of the same thing, in different ways and applications. There’s a great deal to learn, as the infinite wisdom often seems like an endless tunnel you can barrel down, and can only be told to others through paradoxes. I’m not really doing it justice now but I can’t give you a straight answer.

Gosh darn later Buddhism infected with the eternalism of "buddha nature", original self, storehouse consciousness etc. The Nirvana Sutra really messed up East Asian Buddhism.

It's a shame Madhyamaka Buddhism didn't really take root in China - although some of Nagarjuna's work was translated. The Chinese language isnt really suited to detailed logical analysis though.
