I wouldn't say he's the most /lit/ leader, but probably follower of the most /lit/ ideology. Islam as it has developed over the last 1400 years or so is a very interesting political ideology that requires mastery of so many different skills (history ,theology, Neoplatonic philosophy, and even Philology) that I don't think any other political ideology can compete with it for being most /lit/. Islamic scholars are crazily well-educated and diverse in their fields of study.
