What are some books about having constant fatigue and knowing you'll never be able to accomplish anything?

>> No.14690073

What are some books about always being exhausted because you work a dead end retail job after graduation and know that you will never make it. Looking for something were your friends have successful careers now and are making huge money in London, yet you're stuck helping druggies buy cheap cider.

sleep 8 hours
run once a day
cut out carbs and sugar
take a multivitamin and fish oil
get on a stimulant
make sure you're mot dying of something

If you do all these things and you're still lazing about it might be a psychological thing rather than energy levels.

Stop being a neet and get out there. I thought I had this "problem" for the longest time but since I got a job it disappeared. I am way more energetic and motivated on days when I work even though counting commute I'm out almost 12 hours a day mon-fri. When I sleep in and laze around during the weekend I feel completely fatigued and unmotivated and depressed. So get out there and do something, find a job, find a group of people to do things with, whatever the fuck, just don't be a NEET doing shit all every day and you will be "cured".

This is why I'm going back to school. The more free time I have the more I waste it and the less "free" I feel. The freedom to do nothing all day is actually a hidden cage, a prison of base desires and paths of least resistance that end up feeling dead. Sure, you can tell yourself that you'll write and read more, but these rationalizations are new years resolutions that don't last without structure or discipline.

A lot of people suggest exercise -- which does work, but what if you're too lazy to do it? There's an easier alternative to getting your adrenaline flowing. Basically: physically scare yourself once a day. For example, if you're afraid of heights, climb a ladder. If you're afraid of spiders, let one crawl on your hand for a few minutes. A fearful episode per day is often enough to jumpstart your endocrine system to the point where exercise is no longer unthinkable.

My thyroid is confirmed deficient but I can't stand the drugs they put me on nor can I stand stimulants. They both prevent me from sleeping/make me feel retarded and anxious

I can build up my energy levels in the summer because I'm doing an active job that I like, but I get paid less than shit and my energy levels tank in the winter
I've tried moving to a warm climate but I end up broke and having to move back home
I am getting good grades in school and working part time but I have literally no energy, I haven't gotten out of bed all day today
