How much time per day you guys spend on reading book? Tfw I can't anymore keep focus on reading literature but instead have too check my phone every 5 mins like some brainlet. Did anybody have same problem?

There was a time when I did not read as much as I do now and had the same problem. You just need to keep reading and push yourself to keep going, it’s a learned skilled, especially in an age where our attention-spans have been fucked up. If you’re lazy like me just put your phone somewhere where you can’t reach it without walking across the room
