I swear I keep finding new weird books by RL Stine. How many has he written? It feels like they are endless and you're always going to find one you haven't read. I love the man.
Anyway ill post a pic of my choice

Yeah, i actually saw the tv episode before reading the book as a kid and it was terrifying.
What was the name of the book where the protagonists got inside a model of a town ?
I remember in the TV show there were 3 episodes, and in the first one the protagonists had to sell lemonade

There are 235 goosebumps books. 235. R.L. Stine has written 235 of these. He’s still writing them. How the fuck does he do it?

That one (called "Chillogy," or something stupid like that) actually wasn't based on a book. There were a few other episodes that were the same way, I think.

My mother bought this for me when I was very young, I think probably 2nd or 3rd grade. One of the first books I read for fun. I think it unironically is the reason I like to read horror.

Is it as easy as I imagine to write a goosebumps-esque book?

>> No.14665793

There was a book not written by RL Stine but that was called something like "the favourite short stories of RL Stine". Two of those stories were the scariest thing I've ever read. Does anybody know which book I'm talking about? I remember one story was called Mr Polo or something like that. It was about this ice cream vendor that appeared with his truck every summer day and sold kids ice creams. However, the protagonist ventures into his truck or just opens one of the compartments that was unlabeled or something similar and discovers a collection of kid's limbs: little legs, little arms. The story then shifts to the next winter and the kid's in his bed and he starts hearing Mr Polo's truck music...
The other story was so scary I don't remember it. I must have blocked it or something. I remembered it also involved a kid and some type of machine. If anybody can tell me the title of the book I might be able to find it.

I meant the short story I can't remember, not the book itself. Should be obvious
