For two were alright. Then he's got the Stand, the Long Walk and some short stories. Other than that King blows huge root.

Favorite series evar. Although I really hated how he inserted himself into the story towards the end. It made me realize too painfully that I'm just reading a book.

First four were great. Last three are decent enough to read.

Some other books I've really enjoyed by him are The Stand, Insomnia (if you liked the DT you would like this), 'Salem's Lot, The Dead Zone (not as good as the others but worth the three or so days it takes to read) and The Mist (creepy...)

The Green Mile was alright too, I guess.
