You can become wealthy (6 figures/yr) with the right mindset, sure, but in order to become a multi-millionaire you will require more than hard work. You need the right personality and be at the right time. In another words, you do require some luck.

Doesn't your heart find itself more fulfilled while conducing happiness to others rather than partaking in fruitless gluttony?

The good news, OP, is that you generally can always make it at anytime in your life, especially if you're younger than 65 (though success stories have happened beyond that, I believe).
My recommendations:
- The Power of Habit
- 7 Habits of Highly Effective People
- How to Win Friends and Influence People
Those should be your starter books. Master your habits and social interactions first while you cultivate a good idea and sense of financial management. I don't know any great books on saving/investing. I'm not quite there yet myself! Good luck!

entrepreneurship is just taking ideas which everyone has and physically acting out on them, thus creating something for the outside world and externals.

its easier, because if you take the same concept (ideas) and turn it into some kind of art, that has a way higher turnover rate- i think just by logic anyways

so in the comparison of the two i hope it gives you hope of accomplishing whatever idea you have. the reason most don't is that the majority cant deal with either situation most of the time
